What exactly does DL SoftLab deliver?

Do you only build new systems, or also work with existing ones?
Both. We extend, integrate and stabilise existing systems as often as we build from scratch. The first step is always an assessment of what you already have.
How does a project start?
With a discovery phase: we sit with your team, map the real workflow, and write down what the system must do — and what it must never do. Architecture and estimates come from that document, not from guesswork.
Can you also supply the hardware and licences?
Yes. We supply ICT equipment and software licences matched to the systems we build — one procurement channel, correctly specced and correctly licensed, with no reseller lock-in.
Do you provide training for our staff?
Always. Professional training is part of every delivery — workshops, onboarding sessions and documentation, run by the same engineers who built your system.
